Landon Vannata (2-0) will be in action at XFC 25, but instead of facing Charles Radtke (1-0), JP Reese (9-6) has been announced as a new opponent. An official reason for the switch was not announced.
Vannata a member of Jackson’s/Winkeljohn’s MMA, in his two pro bouts has a TKO win over Adrian Apodaca and submitted Antonio Ramirez; both in the 1st round.
Reese a member of American Top Team will be looking to right his ship being 1-3 in his last 4 and having suffered consecutive submission losses to Vagner Rocha and Julian Lane. Reese last win came in January, earning a unanimous decision over David Shepherd.
XFC 25: Boiling Point takes place on September 6, at the Albuquerque Convention Center in New Mexico. The main event will see Angela Magna battle Stephine Eggink for the inaugural XFC Bantamweight title.
