*I’ve seen hundreds of MMA fights, but what Tony Lopez did after submitting Adenilson Clementino is without a doubt one of the dirtiest acts I’ve ever seen portrayed in MMA. Not since Paul Daley-Josh Koscheck have I been so discussed. Lopez upon the tap from Clementino, refused to let go of the choke for an extra 4 seconds, as the ref was pulling Lopez off of Clementino, Lopez decided to drop a right handed hammer fist to a beaten almost asleep Clementino. Hopefully the California athletic commission will do the right thing by fining and suspending Tony Lopez.

Sean Strickland felt out most of the 1st round looking for an opening . Once Strickland found it landing a straight right to the body, that sent Lagler backing up; leads to a 15 punch combination finishing the fight.

At KOTC Devastation David Gomez defeated Joshua Aveles by split decision to again become the KOTC Welterweight champion. At KOTC Split Decision Aveles left no doubt in anyone’s mind who the champion is. After Gomez tried to out wrestle Aveles for the better part of 3 rounds. In the 4th with combinations Aveles backed up Gomez to the cage and with a upper cut landing flush, Gomez would fall flat on his face.
