UFC 168 adds Macario vs. Voelker

Strikeforce vet “Vicious” Bobby Voelker (24-10) and TUF Brazil season 2 finalist William “Patolino” Macario (6-1) have been matched up for a Welterweight contest at UFC 168.

Voelker entered the UFC on a 3 fight winning streak that included consecutive wins over Roger Bowling, but now “Vicous” will look to rebound from back to back losses to Patrick Cote (UD) and Robbie Lawler (KO).

Macario will look to get back in the win column after submitting to Leonardo Santos in the TUF Brazil season 2 finals; at UFC on Fuel TV 10.“Patolino” has all 6 of his wins by stoppage with 5 KO/TKO’s and 5 of 6 wins in the 1^st round.

UFC 168 takes place on December 28^th, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event will feature two title fights with Meisha Tate challenging Ronda Rousey for the UFC women’s Bantamweight title and Anderson “The Spider” Silva challenges “All American” Chris Weidman for the UFC Middleweight title.
