The UFC has announced a pair of additions for the UFC Fight Night 36 card with at Featherweight Andy “The Little Axe” Ogle (9-3) facing Charles “Do Bronx” Oliveira (16-4) and at Lightweight Jesse “The Body Snatcher” Ronson (13-3) clashes with Francisco “Massaranduba” Trinaldo (13-3).
Ogle and Oliveria both come into this fight in need of win, Ogle coming off a decision loss to Cole Miller, while Oliveira has lost back to back fights; being knocked out by Cub Swanson and losing a decision to Frankie Edgar.
Ronson and Trinaldo find themselves also looking bouncing back from defeat. Ronson at UFC 165 in his promotional debut lost a split decision to Michel Prazeres ending a 8 fight winning streak. Trinaldo after consecutive wins and string 1st round was submitted in the 2nd round of his UFC Fight Night 29 bout with Piotr Hallman.
UFC Fight Night 36 takes place on February 15 at the Arena Jaragua in Jaragua Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brazil; headlined by Lyoto :The Dragon” Machida against Gegard “The Dreamcatcher” Mousasi.
