10 Bout Fight Card for Triple A MMA “Caged Hostility” Announced
After a successful 2013 with events in Idaho and New Mexico, Triple A MMA will kick off 2014 by venturing into Texas for the promotions 4th event “Caged Hostility” on January 16 at the Cowtown Coliseum Stockyards Rodeo in Fort Worth. Yesterday Orthus promotion announced the 10 fight card that will make up “Caged Hostility”; with the main event pitting undefeated Chas Skelly (11-0) against hard-hitting Richard Villa (4-2).
Skelly a member of Team Takedown is a vet of Legacy and Bellator. Skelly who has 6 of 8 stoppage wins by submission, also holds notable wins over Daniel Pineda, Rey Turjillo, and Jarrod Card.
Villa a member of Team Roswell who is coming off of a submission win over Gabriel Benitez. Villa also holds a notable win over UFC vet Drew Fickett. Villa has all of his wins by stoppage with 2 (T)KO and 2 submissions.
The co-main event will see Welterweights Mike “The Greek” Bronzoulis (15-6-1) and Charls Byrd (5-3) square off.
Bronzoulis is coming off of being a finalist on the Bellator/Spike TV reality show “Fight Master”. In the finals at Bellator 106 “The Greek” fell short of being the “Fight Master” losing to Joe Riggs by unanimous decision, which snapped a 2 fight winning streak.
Bryd a Legacy FC vet has won 4 of 5 fights, including most recently being on the winning side of a split decision against Mike Jasper.
In a women feature fight Lovato’s Total Fitness’s Lynae Lovato (0-2) looks for her first pro win against Halleigh Haak (1-1), who is coming off of a technical knock out of Devaney Clayton.
