UFC 167 adds Correia vs. Baszler
A Women’s Bantamweight bout between Beth Correia (8-0) and Shayna Baszler (15-8) has been made official for UFC 176.
Correia is 2-0 in the UFC with decision wins over Julie Kedzie and Jessamyn Duke. Correia has 7 of 8 wins by decision.
Baszler a training partner of Duke’s a fellow member of the four horse women, is coming off injury and will be making her octagon debut. Baszler known as “The Queen of Spades” has 14 of 15 wins by submission.
UFC 176 on August 2 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California; is headlined by the 2nd time Chad Mendes will challenge Jose Aldo for the UFC Featherweight title.
