Chavez/Crespin Promtions today (Oct. 29) held a press conference at the McKernan Event Center to formally announce November 15th’s night of Boxing action “Battle at 5 Points”; which will take place at the same venue.
As had already made news thanks to the release of post on facebook the main event pits Arturo “El Toro” Crespin (12-3-1, 4 KO) against undefeated Maurice Louishome (7-0-1, 4 KO) in a 8rd 160 lbs. bout.
In the co-main event co-main event is scheduled for 6rds at 140 lbs. will see Shawn “The Educator” Gallegos (19-5, 5 KO) facing in his U.S. debut Ranee Ganoy (31-11-2, 31 KO), who comes to us by way of Australia.
A 4 rd affair at 140 lbs. between Alex Holguin (2-1, 1 KO) & Miguel Armendares(0-9-1) is still a go. Last week we also reported that Jose Osorio (2-1, 1 KO) would meet Brandon Munoz (0-1-1). Osorio is now awaiting a new opponent after Munoz withdrew from the bout. Undefeated Angelo Leo who is on the poster and was awaiting an opponent, but will not be part of this event after all.
Newly added and kicking off the night will be a 6rd 160 lbs. bout pitting Tony Hirsch (16-6-2) of Oakland, California; against Kelly Wright (4-15) of St. Louis Missouri.
