Jackson’s MMA Series XIV Full Card Announced
Topping the list of the newly announced match-ups for February 7th’s Jackson’s MMA Series XIV at the Buffalo Thunder Casino, is the Lightweight co-main event.
In that contest at 155 lbs. Jon Sparks (2-1) of Albuquerque, NM, will square off with David Yomi Heredia (1-1) of Alamosa, Colorado. Sparks in his pro debut scored a quick submission win over Andrew Hookeboom, and has since twice went the distance dropping a split decision to Mitch Thompson, and taking a split decision win over Aaron Perls. Heredia in his pro debut scored a TKO of Santa Cruz Jr. with seconds left in the round, but most recently Heredia was on the wrong side of a split decision loss to Dominic Montoya at RFA 22.
