King of the Cage the be returning to the Socorro Entertainment Center in Socorrro, Texas, on Saturday, April 11th with “Onslaught”. The main event will see El Paso, Texas’s Jesus Urbina (4-2) vs. Belen, New Mexico’s Gene “The Kid” Perez (5-6).

Gene Perez the head man at Perez Fighting Systems, has won 2 fights in a row both over Mikey Lovato by unanimous decision at Legacy FC 30 and via 1st round TKO at Combat Xtreme “War of Warriors”. Jesus Urbina is also on a 2 fight win streak having defeated Jonathan Lopez and Tim Sosa by decision.

Cristobal Chavez (1-0) coming off a pro debut 1st round TKO of Baron Vohn Muller, faces Federico Betancourt (0-2) who’s in search off his 1st pro win, having lost to Jesse Long by submission and by TKO to Charlie Williams. About 3 weeks ago I had written that Betancourt would be facing Andres Quintana on March 28th in Roswell, and I can confirm that fight will not be taking place.

Someone will get their first pro win when El Paso ,Texas’s Joseph Veloz (0-2) meets Belen, New Mexico’s Levi Lucero (0-2) of Perez Fighting Systems.
