140: Josh Torres vs. Ranne Ganoy- 10 Rds.

Recap- Tores stayed on his bike for most of the 10 rounds. Torres showed the best head movement of his career, with Ganoy missing badly several times in the fight. The crowd cheered loudly every time Torres landed and roared when Torres had Ganoy against the ropes and I can;t help but feel the crowd played on the judges. Ganoy was explosive and aggressive for the 1st 4 rounds of the fight. In a very big 2nd round Torres barley threw any strikes and in the 9th Ganoy had Torres in clinch and survive mode. The middle rounds 5-7 where Torres best as the output from Ganoy slowed dramatically yet I never felt that Torres had a huge round as his counterpart. In the end 8 rounds of the fight where very close and the judges decision went to Josh Torres who let the convention center with a bloody nose a slightly damaged right eye and most importantly a new Green Belt.

Result- Josh Torres by ( 95-95, 96-94, 96-94) Majority Decision
