Southwest Brawl 2 Topped by Randy McCarty vs. Mando Montoya
Las Cruces, New Mexico on July 18th “Southwest Brawl 2” will be going down at the Las Cruces Convention Center with a main event Red Spider MMA’s Randy McCarty (4-5) against Omega Fight Teams Armando “Chino” Montoya (8-4).
McCarty, in his last fight ended a 5 fight skid with a hard fought unanimous decision win over Manuel Otero. The win was McCarty’s first since a August 2031 knock out of Jacob Chagolla.
Montoya, has suffered knock out losses in his last two fights against stiff competition, big show vet Tyler Stinson and current UFC fighter Alan Jouban. Prior to the loss to Stinson, Montyoa had won 6 in a row with 4 of the victories coming by way of submission.
Also on the card in a battle of fighters making there pro debuts Juan Ibarra clashes with Jorge Terrazas.
