Hunt-Silva 2 & Bisping-Whitaker added to UFC 193
The co-main event for UFC 193 will be a rematch of one of the greatest UFC Heavyweight bouts of all time with Antonio “Bigfoot” Silva (19-7-1) and Mark Hunt (10-10-1) looking to settle the score from there 2013 draw.
A dark shadow was coasted over the memory of that fight with “Bigfoot” having tested with elevated testosterone level in the post fight testing.
Silva is coming off a UFC 190 2nd TKO of Hunt’s training partner Soa Palelei. Hunt will be looking to rebound from TKO loss to Frabricio Werdum and Stipe Miocic.
Also newly announced for the November TUF season 3 winner Michael Bisping (27-7) coming off consecutive decision wins over CB Dollaway and Thales Leites, meets TUF Smashes winner Robert Whittaker (14-4) who’s on a 3 fight win streak, and is 2-0 with knock outs of Clint Hester and Bard Tavares, since moving up to Middleweight.
UFC 193 on November 15th (11/14/15 in the US) at the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia; and is headlined by “The Natural Born Killer” Carlos Condit challenging “Ruthless” Robbie Lawler for the UFC Welterweight World Championship.
