Borg vs. Scoggins added to UFC 196
A Flyweight bout between young hungry prospects, Fit NHB’s Ray “The Tazmexican Devil” Borg (9-1) and American Top Team Justin Scoggins (10-2), has been added to February’s UFC 196.
Borg a member of the New Mexico Wildbunch, is 3-1 in the UFC, having rebounded from a on short short notice debut decision to Dustin Ortiz, with 3 straight wins over Geane Herrera (ud), Chris Kelades (sub), and Shane Howell.
Scoggins won his first 9 MMA bout with 6 knock outs, before consecutive losses to Dustin Ortiz (sd) and John Moraga (sub), at UFC 187 “Tank” got back in the win column defeating Josh Sampo with a unanimous decision.
UFC 196 is February 6th, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas Nevada; and is headlined by Cain Velasquez challenging Fabricio Werdum for the UFC Heavyweight Championship of the World.
