There’s a new main event for Rumble at the Rock 2. Espanola’s Tony “The Warrior” Valdez will now be in action against Los Angeles native Raymond “Bad Boy” Chacon.
Valdez has fought to the final bell in hist last 4 bouts and will be looking to end a 3 fight streak of draws. Chacon has been in the ring with 13 undefeated fighters and looking to end a 11 fight losing streak, it’s also worth noting that Chacon has never been stopped; all his losses have come by way of decision.
Originally announced to be in the main event against Tony Valdez, Phoenix Arizona’s Walter Santibanes will instead square off with Chicago, Illinois native Joshua Greer Jr. Santibanes has won 6 straight with 4 consecutive decision wins. Greer is coming off his 1st career loss, dropping a majority decision to Stephen Fulton.
Returning to the ring for the first time since a September 2014 TKO loss, Albuquerque’s Brandon Salazar will be taking on Lubbock, Texas’s Alex Hipolito, who’s coming off a unanimous decision loss to Edgar Cantu.
Also expected to be on the card but looking for an opponent is undefeated, Chicago native, Ernest Muhammad Jr.
