Bellator MMA has announced a battle between top Featherweight prospects that will see Bubba Jenkins (10-2) squaring off with Goiti Yamauchi (19-2) on the Bellator 151, main card.

Jenkins has won 6 of his last 7 and 2 straight with a TKO of Joe Wilk and a split decision win over Jordan Parsons. Yamauchi is on a 3 fight win streak with back to back wins over Martin Stapleton and Isao Kobayashi coming by rear naked choke.

Instead of fighting a battle harden vet, Steve “Mean Machine” Garcia (6-0) will be clashing with fellow undefeated prospect Ricky Turcios (5-0), at Bellator 151.

Garcia is one of Bellator’s top prospects, who has 5 of 6 wins by (T)KO. Including putting down Cody Walker with a left hook that was a 2014 knock out year candidate. Most recently Garcia scored a TKO of Eduardo Bustillos at Bellator 143.

On Facebok this is what Garcia posted about the opponent change “At this point i will fight anybody they throw at me. I believe in skills, my coaches and my team. I ask you to come out and support me as we take over this division!”.
