UFC Lightweight champion Rafael Dos Anjos (25-7) has been forced to with draw from March 5th’s UFC 196 title fight against Connor McGregor (19-2) due to a Broken foot.

As we know this was going to be the opportunity for McGregor with a win to become the first fighter in UFC history to hold 2-title at one time. This chance now is on the back burner and the immediate question is weather or not McGregor will remain on the card; and at what weight class. Lightweights Anthony “Showtime” Pettis and Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone have volunteered on twitter. News has broke that former Featherweight champion Jose Aldo has turned down the fight siting he’s not in fight shape.

As of right now the rumor mill will be turning hard to see what the UFC’s next move is.
