The octagon and MMA debut of Phil Brooks (0-0) will come at UFC 203 and as promised will be against Mickey Gall (2-0). Brooks announced the news himself on UFC Unfiltered.
Phil “CM Punk” Brooks, a Chicago native and is a former pro wrestler, who was one of the top names in that industry. He left that and is now chasing his fight dream by training out of Roufussport in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Gall is a New Jersey native who fights out of Miller Brother MMA. In two pro bouts Gall has submitted both Ron Templeton and Mike Jackson with rear naked chokes.
UFC 203 is September 10th at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio; and is headlined by Alistair Overeem challenging Stipe Miocic for the UFC Heavyweight title.
