This week Resurrection Fighting Alliance announced RFA 42 will be August 19th and RFA 43 will occur on September 9th.
At RFA 42, inside the Visalia Convention Center in Visalia, California, the promotions first ever Lightweight champion Christos “The Spartan” Giagos (12-5) will face former RFA title Zach “Juice” Juusola (11-3) in the nights main event. Giagos is coming off a 1st round TKO, of Karen Darabedyan at RFA 38. Juusola has won 3 of his last 4 and is coming off a RFA 30, unanimous decision win over Robert Rojas Jr. The nights co-main event will be at Flyweight with undefeated Ray “The Bloodhound” Elizalde (10-0) against Alex “The Decision” Perez. Elizalde has 8 stoppage wins and is coming off scoring his 4th TKO win, stopping Richard Alaron, at RFA 38. Perez is a Tachi Fight Palace vet who has 6 stoppage wins, with 3 knock outs and 3 submission.
The RFA 43 main event will see Nick “The Pnoenix” Barnes (11-1) & Brian “The Mantis” Camozzi (6-2), battling for the vacant RFA Welterweight title. Barnes who has 6 of 9 stoppage wins via submission, has won 2 straight, and is coming off a RFA 28, decision win over Jose Diaz. Camozzi is on a 4 fight win streak with 3 first round wins and is coming off a 3rd round knock out of Kenneth Glenn, at RFA 37. The co-feature is at Middleweight with Adam Stroup (10-3) against Gabriel Checco (9-2). The Axs TV main card will also see undefeated Boston “Boom Boom” Salmon (5-0) vs. winner of 3 of his last 4, Zac “The Anointed Warrior” Riley (4-3). RFA 43 will take place at the 1stBank Center in Broomfield, Colorado.
