For the 2nd time Julia Budd and Marloes Coenen have been booked to square off, with the winner being crowned Inaugural Bellator Woman’s Featherweight Champion.

Bellator 174 is Friday, March 3rd, at the Winstar World Casino, in Thackerville, Oklahoma.

Their first meeting was scheduled for Bellator 155, but when Budd withdrew due to injury, Coenen decided to stay on the card taking on replacement, Alexis Dufresne; who missed weight by 5 lbs. Complicating things further Dufresne would submit Coenen, with a triangle choke in the 1st round.

Coenen has 20 finishes with 17 wins by submission. Prior to the loss to Dufresne, Coenen submitted Annalisa Bucci and Arlene Blencowe in the Bellator cage.

Budd is on a 7 fight win streak, with decision wins over Gabrielle Holloway, Roberta Paim Roval, and Arlene Belncowe in the Bellator cage.
