King Mo-Rampage 2 set for March 31st

There first match-up in May of 2014 was at 205 lbs. The rematch will take place at Heavyweight. The first fight was to some a controversial decision. March 31st Muhammed “King Mo” Lawal (20-6-0, 1nc) & Quinton “Rampage” Jackson (37-11) settle unfinished business.

Since the loss to Jackson, Lawal has went 8-2, had a 7 fight win streak, and won the Rizin Heavyweight Grand Prix. The former Strikeforce Light Heavyweight champion will be looking to rebound from a Tko loss to Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic, in the Rizin open weight tournament. Lawal is a Boxer and Wrestler who looks for big hooks or uses his wrestling to control the fight.

The win for Jackson was his third straight of what is now a 5 fight win streak. The former Pride and UFC champion,has 16 of 23 finishes by knock out . “Rampage” was last in the cage scoring a split decision victory over Satoshi Ishii, at Dynamite 2, this past June. Jackson is one of the heaviest handed punches MMA has ever seen.
