Victory Boxing Teams with Rumble in Rio for March 18 Event

Victory Boxing will be back in the Land of Enchantment for the 2^nd time on March 18^th, this time partnering up Rumble in Rio, for a charity event at the Kiva Auditorium inside the  Albuquerque Convention Center.

Getting the event started will be the Rumble in the Rio,which is in it’s 12^th year. A 8 fight amateur card with “Guns vs. Hoses” contests, with New Mexico Police vs Firefighters, who are fighting to benefit the Jim Franklin Bike Giveaway program and other New Mexico children organizations.

On the pro side of the card will see top Albuquerque prospects undefeated Brain “La Bala” Mendoza and Matthew “The Diamond Boy” Grigeo of Atrisco Boxing, and the Sergio Chavez trained Jesus Alex Holguin. Like those 3, San Felipe, Mexico’s Carlos “El Tiburon” Sanchez is waiting on the conclusion of an opponent search.
