Means-Oliveira 2 set for UFC Fight Night 106

Following a controversial end to their first meeting at UFC 207, “The Dirty Bird” & the Brazilian “Cowboy”, are set to settle the matter, on March 11th.

Prior to UFC 207 in December of 2016,Tim Means a member of Fit NHB, had consecutive wins knocking out John Howard in December of 2015 and scoring a TKO of Sabah Homasi in August of 2016. Means has won 6 of his last 8, with 18 of 22 finishes coming by knock out.

Alex Oliveira has won 5 of his last 7 including consecutive wins over James Moontasri (UD) and Will Brooks (KO) prior to the first meeting with Means. The fight with Means was Oliveira’s official move to Welterweight (170) after failing to make Lightweight (155) in the victory over Will Brooks.Oliveira has 10 of 12 stoppage wins by knock out.

UFC Fight Night 106 takes place on March 11 in Fortaleza, Brazil, with the main event seeing Vitor Belfort against Kelvin Gastelum.
