Full Card for Jackson’s MMA Series XXII, headlined by Amorim vs. Park Announced

The main event of Jackson’s MMA Series XXII, has undergone a changed that will now see Harvey Park taking on Roberto Amorim “Corvo”.

Force of One’s Harvey Park (7-1) from Clovis, NM, is a Sheriff and fighter along with being a pro fighter. Park has won 5 straight all by stoppage, with 4 by knock out.  Park is ranked by tapology as the number 1 Lightweight in NM and is the number 11 Lightweight in the southwest.

Cuiaba, Brazil’s Roberto Amorim (7-2-0, 1nc) has 6 of his 7 wins by knock out. Amorim won 6 of his first 7 fights, before a eye poke led to a no contest with Julian Fabrin Soares, and is now looking to rebound from a December 2015, split decision loss to Joao Paulo Almeida Alves.

The pro side of the card has also added Cody HoffIMG_7996statter (1-3) vs. Steven Ojeda (debut, 4-3 amateur). Hoffstatter will be competing in MMA for the first time since submitting Russell Wilson in April of 2014, at a Fresquez Promotions show. Ojeda will be attempting to make his pro debut for the 2nd time, following a rough weight cut that forced Ojeda to be hospitalized prior to the Jackson’s MMA Series XXI weigh-in’s.

Rounding out the main card at Lightweight Albuquerque’s Hunter Tower (1-0) squares off with Juan Gonzalez (debut, 5-4 amateur) of Corpus Christi, TX.  Tower made his pro debut, back in August of 2016, submitting SethMonty at Iron Boy 2. Gonzalez scored 3 of his 5 amateur wins by stoppage with a pair of submissions.

The amateur card will consist of 7 contests. June 10 Jackson’s MMA Series XXII, takes place at the Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino.
