Dana White revealed that during the show “Dana White’s Looking for a fight” he took notice of the level of talent there is across the country. In thought of finding the next break out star, the newest series on UFC fight pass series “Dana Whit’es Tuesday Night Contenders Series” has been created.
Each week 10 fighters, a mix of UFC vets, regional vets, and prospects, 5 fights, and some get UFC contracts.
This week the main event has former CES Featherweight champion Matt “The Mangler” Bessette against UFC vet and former Titan FC Featherweight champion Kurt Holobaugh. Bessette is currently on a 7 fight win streak, while Holobaugh has won 3 straight.
