Pair of Female Fights Added to GKO 11 including Borg vs. Wang
Global Knockout has announced Atomwieghts Amanda Borg & Mellissa “Little Dynamite” Wang will square off at November’s, GKO 11.
Borg, formerly Lovato, the wife of UFC title challenger Ray Borg, will be fighting for the first time in 32 months. The scrappy, tattooed, striker, has had more then a few fights fall through during this layoff. Amanda has trained all over, from starting at Judgement MMA, to Fit NHB, and is currently honing her skills at JacksonWink MMA. After a 3-1 amateur run, Borg is 0-3 in the pro ranks.
Wang fights out of the American Kickboxing Academy in San Jose, California. After a
2-3 run as an amateur, Wang made a successful pro debut in April with a unanimous decision win over Denise Bruckner.
Also in the women’s Atomweight division Fee Chrystall from The Griphouse/JacksonWink MMA will make her pro debut against against Bulgaria’s Alexandra Toncheva (0-1).
GKO 11 is November 4 at the Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort in Jackson Rancheria, California.
