Ring defends Amateur title at Rubicon VI

Last week I wrote up that a trio of JacksonWink fighters will be heading up to Colorado Springs, for Rubicon VI. We actually have a 4th, with Slade Ring attempting to make his first title defense.

Ring won the title last October with a 2nd round submission of Dominic Trujillo. Ring a JacksonWink trained fighter, has gotten out and hit the road to work at his craft having fought here in New Mexico, Arizona, Las Vegas, and Colorado. Back in the Rubicon cage Ring will look to get back to his finishing ways, as his last 3 come Betsy’s have went to decision.

Hanley an Arizona native, lost his first two fights and has rebounded with back to back wins submitting Eric Kemper & taking a split decision from Alex Garfio.

Top Shelf Entertainment presents Rubicon VI on November 18, at the Colorado Springs Event Center.
