Brown Injured, Condit Faces Cowboy Oliveira at UFC on Fox 29
Matt Brown has reportedly suffered a torn ACL forcing him to withdraw from facing Carlos Condit at UFC on Fox 29.
The former interim UFC Welterweight champion will remain on the card against Alex “Cowboy” Oliveira (17-5-1, 2nc). Condit (30-11) looks to end a 3 fight skid. Always looking for the finish “The Natural Born Killer” has 28 finishes 15 by knockout. Oliveira has won 4 of his last 6, coming off a TKO loss to Yancy Medeiros. The Brazilian “Cowboy” has 14 finishes 11 by knockout.
UFC on Fox 29 is set for April 14 at the Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
