Means & Rainey set to tangle in Las Vegas

Welterweights Tim Means & Ricky Rainey will do battle at the TUF 28 Finale, November 30.

Means (27-10-1, 1c nc) looks to get back to the form that saw him win 22 times by stoppage, following the frustration of back to back split decision losses to Belal Muhammad & Sergio Moraes. The Fit NHB fighter has 18 of those 22 finishes by knockout. “The Dirty Bird” a father of two, last had his hand raised at UFC Fight Night 112, defeating Alex Garcia by unanimous decision.

Rainey (13-5) a XFC & Bellator vet, who will be hunting for his first win in the octagon, after a disappointing, promotional debut TKO loss to Muslim Salikhov. The 35 year old from North Carolina, has 7 of his 8 finishes by knock out.
