TUF 28 Finale headlined by RDA vs. Usman
Announced for the main event of the TUF 28 Finlale, is a top 10 Welterweight contender match-up between number 3 Rafael Dos Anjos & number 6 Kamaru Usman.
Dos Anjos (28-10) a 33 year old Brazilian residing in California. The former UFC Lightweight champion started his run at 170 with wins over Tarec Safiedine (dec), Neil Magny (sub), and Robbie Lawler (dec); before suffering a decision loss to Colby Covington at UFC 225.
Usman (13-1) a 31 year old Nigerian training in Florida. “The Nigerian Nightmare” is 8-0 in the octagon, coming off a decision win over Demian Maia in the main event of UFC 129. Criticized for going the distance, Usman finished all his non UFC bouts.
The TUF 28 Finale is set for November 30 at the Pearl Theatre in Las Vegas, Nevada.
