Perez out Royval meets Kenney for interim title at LFA 53

Injury has changed the complex of LFA 53 as Miakel Perez will no longer be defending the LFA Flyweight title.

Instead Casey Kenney (9-1-1) will now face Brandon “Raw Dawg” Royval (8-3) for the interim LFA Flyweight. Kenney a Indiana native training in Arizona, was a Tuff-N-Uff champion as am amateur. Winner of 3 of his last 4 having defeated Cee Jay Hamilton on Dana White’s Contender Series & beating Kendrick Latchman an Roman Salazar in LFA. Royval is a Colorado native fighting out of Factory X with 7 finishes. “Raw Dawg” is on a 3 fight win streak all in LFA, coming off a LFA 48 decision win over Charles Johnson.

LFA 53 takes place the Comerica Theatre in Phoenix, Arizona, main card televised on AXS TV.
