Heavyweight Rematch Headlines Bellator 231
Former UFC Heavyweight champion Frank Mir & TUF 10 winner “Big Country” Roy Nelson will look horns for the 2nd time in the main event of Bellator 231.
Mir (18-13) who has recently been dabbling in the world of professional wrestling is 0-2 in Bellator, suffering knockout losses to Fedor Emelianenko & Javy Ayala. Mir has 14 of his 18 wins by stoppage including 9 submission. Mir own to of the most devastating finished in mma history braking Tim Sylvia’s arm in an arm bar and injuring Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira with a kimura.
