Royval vs. Scoggins Title Bout Headlines Rescheduled LFA 79
Legacy Fighting Alliance is returning to The Centennial State, on November 22nd, to crown a new flyweight champion.
The main event of LFA 79, at the 1st Bank Center in Broomfield, will see Colorado’s own Brandon “Raw Dawg” Royval against, South Carolina’s, Jared “Psycho” Scoggins for the vacant LFA 125 lbs. title.
Originally LFA 79 had been scheduled for October 11th in Riverside, California, before it was postponed.
Royval had been scheduled to rematch Jerome Rivera, who he defeated at LFA 39 on October 4th, before the event was postponed. “Raw Dawg” 25-year-old is a member of Factory X, whose won four of his last five fights. “Raw Dawg” will be competing under the LFA banner for the 8th time. Royval has won four of his last five fights, including submitting Demetrius Wilson at LFA 22 & UFC vet Joby Sanchez, in the main event of LFA 65. Jared Scoggins returns to the LFA on a four-fight win streak that started with a unanimous decision win over Juan Puerta, at LFA 8.
The card will also see Josh “The Hellboy” Huber, whose won six straight fights inside the cage, against unbeaten submission artist Ziko Lazishvili, from the democratic republic of Georgia. In January Huber won the King of Sparta Bantamweight crown, where you have to win a boxing match, kickboxing match, & MMA bout in one night. Lazishvii has eight of his ten wins by submission
