UFC 243 Whittaker vs. Adesanya Quick Results

Whittaker returns to action for the first time since June, 2018, when he defeated Yoel Romero by split decision at UFC 225. The man also nicknamed “Bobby Knuckles” made weight to defend his title against Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 234, but was rushed into abdominal surgery later that night. “The Reaper” has 14 finishes, 9 by knockout, and is on an 8-fight win streak. Adesanya is unbeaten in his MMA career and is 6-0 inside the octagon. “The Last StyleBender” won the interim title defeating Kelvin Gastelum, by unanimous decision, at UFC 236.

The co-main event is a top 15 Lightweight match-up, number 6 ranked, “Raging” Al Iaquinta squares off with, number 15, Dan “The Hangman” Hooker. Iaquinta has won six of his last eight fight, with victories by knockout in the time span. “The Hangman” has 17 finishes, 10 knockouts, including his last 3 wins.
