The main event was expected to see Mexico’s Karina Rodriguez challenging Vanessa Porto for the Invicta Flyweight title; but unfortunately, Rodriguez missed weight, moving their now non-title bout to the co-main event
In the main event Japans Kanako Murata and Oklahoma’s Emily “Gordinha” Ducote battle it out for the vacant Invicta Straweight title. Murata is on a six-fight win streak, the last four have come by submission. Ducote has won back to back contests, submitting Kathryn Pprocki & scoring a TKO of Janaisa Morandin, since moving down to Strawweight.
