Former featherweight champion Damon “The Leech” Jackson is returning to the LFA for a March 6th main event.
The headliner of LFA 83 will see Damon Jackson against Brazilian, Mauro Chaulet. LFA 83 will be March 6th at The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX; and streams live on UFC Fight Pass.
Jackson vacated the LFA to participate in the 2019 PFL. The Bellator & UFC vet will be competing under the Legacy FC/LFA banner for the 12th time. “The leech” has 15 of his 16 victories by stoppage, 12 by way of submission.
Chaulet will head in on a three-fight win streak. At LFA 75, Chaulet made his promotional debut defeating Samson Phommabout by split decision. The 31-year-old has 10 finishes, five knockouts, & five submissions.
In the co-main event, we have Justin “The Tactician” Patterson squares off with unbeaten “Magic” Matt Dixon. Patterson is a Bellator vet with five of his six stoppage victories by knockout. Dixon is a Oklahoma native with four of his five stoppage wins by knockout.
