Southwest MMA Series XXX Weigh-ins Results

Sixteen athletes got on the scale at the Shadeh Nightclub inside Buffalo Thunder Resort & Casino for the Southwest MMA Series weigh-ins.

This has been a wild fight week as the card has undergone serval last minute changes. Rocky Rosas withdrew from the main event. On what I have as a 96-hour notice, Force of One’s Roy “Hot Sauce” Saucedo steps in to  battle Santa Fe’s Aaron Perls.  Saucedo last fought in February of 2018. “Hot Sauce” is no stranger to being the road team and has once before pulled off the upset in a main event at Buffalo Thunder. Perls is coming off a submission win from June of 2016, as he returns to the cage he’ll fight for the first time as a father.

The amateur card will consist of 5-contests. The featured bout has Lydia Parker Warren from Jacksonwink MMA against Veronica Garcia from Xtreme Fighters in Plainview, TX.

Prior to the MMA action there’ll be a pair of  exhibition grappling matches.
