It’s 48-hours before LFA 81 and Isaiah Batin-Gonzalez has withdrawn from the event but, Vincent Cachero will remain on the card.
In a rematch from November 2017, Cachero will again lock horns with Ryan “The Lion” Lilley. The first meeting was close it came down to the final judge’s scorecard. Both fighters normally compete at bantamweight but with the short notice the fight will be contested at featherweight.
Cachero is a Hawaiian residing in California, who fought has fought for an LFA. “The Anomaly” has 50% of his win by stoppage and will be competing for the seventh time for LFA. will be fighting for the LFA for the seventh time Lilley is a vet of Bellator and Combate Americas, who’ll be fighting in the LFA for the fourth time. “The Lion” is a Bas Rutten protegee with a 90% finishing rate.
LFA 81 takes place The Hangar at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa, California; and will be streamed on UFC Fight Pass.
