Just as quick as the UFC was back to business, business has again been put on hold.
UFC president Dana White has announced that high ranking executives from Disney & ESPN have requested the UFC not go ahead with plans for UFC 249 at the Tachi Palace Resort & Casino on April 18th. White and the UFC of obliged with the request.
This means that UFC 249 and the Fight Night events that had been announced this week are all indefinitely postponed again due to the Covid-19 epidemic.
As was mentioned earlier this week the UFC is currently in the process of securing their own island and adding the infrastructure to now host international events for the immediate future. It looks like that will be amended to be all UFC events for the immediate future.
