Nunes vs. Spencer & Four other Fights Official for UFC 250

During the UFC 249 prelims the promotion confirmed a handful of fights for June 6th UFC 250.

Two division champion Amanda Nunes will still be defending her UFC featherweight title against former Invicta FC champion Felicia Spencer. The bout was already booked for the same date and event but that was when the event was scheduled to take place in Brazil.

Number three ranked flyweight Jussier Formiga faces number 9 ranked contender Alex Perez. Formiga looks to end a two-fight skid while has won 10 of his last 11 fights. Coming off a decision win over Dequan Townsend, Devin Clark squares off with unbeaten Alonzo Menifield. Menifield has won both his UFC fight by first round knockout. Number 13 ranked middleweight contender Ian Heinisch face Gerald Meerschaert, who has his last two wins by submission. Lastly Charles Byrd, who has finishes in his last four wins, faces Maki Pitolo, his last three wins are all knockouts.

The card is also rumored to see former bantamweight champion Cody “No Love” Garbrandt against number five ranked contender Raphael Assuncao. That fight was not confirmed.

  • Middleweight Bout: Ian Heinisch (13-3) vs. Gerald Meerschaert (31-12)
  • Middleweight Bout: Charles Byrd (10-6) vs. Maki Pitolo (12-5)
