FAC featherweight champion Kevin Croom has signed with the UFC and will be in the octagon this Saturday at UFC Fight Night “Smith vs. Rakic”.
For unknown reasons Giga Chikadze has withdrawn from Saturday’s event, Kevin Croom will cease the opportunity and face Alex Caceres in a prelim contest.
Croom captured the FAC title 12-day ago, defeating Anderson Hutchinson by unanimous decision. A vet of Bellator, LFA, & Titan FC, just to name a few, is on a three fight win streak.
Caceres has been a UFC fighter for just over nine years, competing inside the octagon since TUF 12. “Bruce LeRoy” comes in off back to back decision wins over, former LFA champion Steven Peterson &, previously unbeaten Chase Hooper.
UFC Fight Night “Smith vs. Rakic” is a ESPN+ exclusive starting at 6 p.m. ET, main card at 7 p.m. ET.
