UFC Fight Night “Hall vs. Silva” Weigh-in Results, 1 fight cancelled, 2 Competitors Heavy
The UFC Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, hosts the UFC Fight Night “Hall vs. Silva” weigh-in’s. Twenty-four competitors will step on the sclae to make the 12-fight card official.
The main event has been given the green light as number ten ranked contender Uriah Hall (186) & former champion Anderson Silva (184) both successfully weighed-in for their middleweight match-up.
The card has lost a fight as Priscila Cachoeira was to withdraw from facing Cortney Casey, reprotidley after slipping and hitting her head during the weight cut. Cachoeira was trasported to a Las Veages hospital for observations.
Additionally a few fighters have missed their marks. Jack Marshman weighed-in 1.5 lbs. over the middleweight limit for his bout against Sean Strickland. Cole Williams came in 4.5 lbs. over the welterweight limit for his bout against Jason Witt. At the last minute of the two-hour window Greg Hardy got on the scale .5 of a lb. over the heavyweight limit. The comission has given Hardy an extra hour to cut weight. THe second time Greg Hardy stepped on the scale he did so at (264.5 )
The card is an ESPN+ exclusive prelims at 4 p.m. ET & main card at 7 p.m. ET.
