ABF champion Aaron “Angelbaby” Perez is set to meet fellow unbeaten pugilist Raymond Ford.
The fight will be March 13th at the American Airlines Arena in Dallas, Texas, as part of the Roman Gonzalez-Juan Francisco Estrada 2 card on Dazn presented by Matchroom Boxing.
Aaron “Angelbaby” Perez (10-0, 6 KO) fights out of his family gym in Albuquerque, NM, Perez Boxing. Perez who fought in international tournaments while competing for USA, turned pro in March of 2018. And since has been one of the top prospects to watch in all the southwest. By the end of March 2019, Perez was 7-0 with five knockouts. In the next eight months Perez would win three more fights including beating Isao Gonzalo Carranza in Albuquerque’s famed Tingley Coliseum to win his first professional championship, the American Boxing Federation Continental Americas Featherweight Title. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, “Angelbaby” did not compete in 2020.
Raymond Ford (8-0, 4 KO) turned pro in March of 2019 and racked up five wins before the new year. The New Jersey native continued to build his resume up in 2020 adding three more wins, including knockouts of Rafael Reyes & Juan Antonio Lopez, who both have over tweny professional fights and double-digit wins.
