Bellator MMA announces 4 Events & a New Broadcasting Home

Bellator MMA is on the move again back to a familiar place for the promotions present Scott Crocker.

Bellator MMA will be kicking off there 2021 scheduled on their new home Showtime with three consecutive weeks of action.

On April 2nd Bellator 255 will see the second Bellator Featherweight Grand Prix Semifinal of Emmanuel “El Matador” Sanchez challenging double champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire for his featherweight title.

On April 9th Bellator 256 will see the first two Quarterfinals in the Bellator Light-heavyweight Grand Prix. In the main event former Light-heavyweight champion, current Bellator Heavyweight champion, and the winner of the Bellator Heavyweight Grand Prix, Ryan “Darth” Bader in a rematch from 2012 with, former UFC Light-heavyweight champion Lyoto “The Dragon” Machida. In the co-main event Corey “Overtime” Anderson, whose won five of his last six fights faces former ACA champion Dovletdzhan Yagshimuradov who is on an eight-fight win streak.

April 16ththe Light-heavyweight Grand Prix Quarterfinals continue at Bellator 257. The main event will see Bellator Light-heavyweight champion Vadim Nemkov defending the title in a rematch against Phil “Mr. Wonderful” Davis, who is on a three-fight win streak. In the co-main event Anthony “Rumble” Johnson who has 16 wins by knockout faces Yoel “Soldier of God” Romero who has 11 of his 13 wins by knockout.

May 7th will be Bellator 258 and the main event will see Juan “The Spaniard” Archuleta defending the Bellator Bantamweight title for the first time, against Sergio “The Phenom” Pettis, who’s 2-0 in Bellator and on a three-fight win streak.
