Kirk vs. Swain headlines LFA 107
For the first of two consecutive weeks of LFA action at the Sanford Pentagon, LFA 107 will be headlined by Kamuela “The Jawaiian” Kirk stepping into the LFA octagon for the fifth time against RFA vet Daniel “Agent Orange” Swain.
Kirk a vet of the Contender Series, returns to the LFA four months after a first round TKO of Guilherme Santos. “The Jawaiian” has 100% finishing rate and doesn’t waste any time looking to finish having nine of his ten wins inside the first frame. Kirk’s first two appearances in the LFA produce memorial results as he submitted Boimah Karmo by rear naked choke at LFA 44. And got Kevin Croom to tap from a triangle choke at LFA 53.
Swain is a well-traveled vet fighting for most of the promotions featured on AXS TV including MFC, XFC, KOTC. As well as fighting overseas for organizations such as Pancrase, Brave CF, SFL, M-1. We last saw Swain on the Contender Series in 2020 fighting TJ Laramie. The fight was stopped after the first round due to a swain rib injury. “Agent Orange” has finishes in his last eight wins, seven by submission, and five ending in the first round.
The co-main event will see former Legacy FC heavyweight title challenger Vernon Lewis against Mexican prospect Alejandro Solorzano. Lewis has won four of his last five fights coming off a first round TKO of Austen Lane. Solorzano has won his last eight fights, seven in MMA, & one in Bare Knuckle Boxing.
LFA 107 takes place on May 14th at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
