Back to Boxing headlined by Perez vs. Elizondo

Legacy Boxing Promotions has announced the card for Back to Boxing on October 16th at the Kiva Auditorium.

The main event will see ABF champion, unbeaten Aaron “Angel Baby” Perez, one of the states top prospects against Nevada’s Diego Elizondo a professional with eight fights on his resume. Former WBC title holder, one of the fighting prides of Albuquerque’s South Valley “The Atrisco Kid” Fidel Maldonado Jr. will take on Mexico’s German Meraz, who has fought the toughest of the tough during his 126-fight career. The pro debut of Abraham “Hammer” Perez, who won the U.S. Olympic trials will come against Michigan’s Kenneth Jamerson.

On the undercard Cristian Castillo returns to action 31 months after his last fight, and he’ll square off with Xavier Madrid who made a successful pro debut in July, beating Miguel Perez by decision. Santiago Giron will take on Anthony Bustillos who’ll be making his pro debut in an all Burque battle. In a Texas tussle Luis Alberto Gallegos from San Antonio will face Ashton Roybal from Mount Pleasant. Announced to be part of the card but currently without opponents are Leonid Grachev & Justice Jiron.
