Live at the Double Tree Hotel in downtown Albuquerque for Legacy boxing Promotions Battle at 5 Points weigh-ins.
The event takes place at the South Valley Sports Complex. The main attraction will see a six round bout between unbeaten New Mexico prospect, Olympic qualifier, Abraham “Hammer” Perez against battle tested vet Mulapi “Shuja” Njani fighting out of San Diego by way of Africa.
During the official early morning weigh-ins the event went from a eight fight card to a seven fight card, after Terrence Lee came in 7 pounds over weight. Unfotunuatley the pro debut of Alejandro Gutierrez will have to wait for another day..
The other seven fights saw all competitors hit their intent marks.
