UFC 274 weigh-in Coverage, Oliveira leaves belt on the scale
On scene at the UFC host hotel in Phoenix, Arizona for the UFC 274 weigh-ins.
Thirty competitors are scheduled to step on the scale to make weight. Like lightweight champion Charles Oliveira who defends against number one contender Justin Gaethje. And UFC women’s Strawweight champion Rose Namajunas who defends against Carla Esparza in the co-main event.
A reminder all championship fighters must on weight where non-title fight competitors receive a one pound allowance.

– Charles Oliveira weighed in a second time with no change to his wake. “Do Bronx” has been stripped of the UFC Lightweight championship. Tomorrow’s main event will go on as scheduled. Only Justin Gaethje is eligible to win the title belt. If Oliveira wins the fight the title will remain vacant.
