Bellator 282 Results, Eblen dethrones Mousasi
The Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville Connecticut hosts Bellator 282. The 14-fight card is headlined by a battle for the Bellator Middleweight championship.
In the main event unbeaten American wrestler Johnny Eblen challenges Dutch veteran Gegard Mousasi for Bellator’s 185 lb. title belt. Eblen earned his title shot after a lopsided decision win over former title challenger John Salter. Since winning the vacant strap in October 2020 Mousasi has successfully defended twice winning both by TKO.
The card also features the final two Bantamweight Grand Prix Quarterfinals. One will see Brazilian finisher Leandro Higo against American wrestler Danny Sabatello. The other has Russian grappler Magomed Magomedov against Peruvian wrestler Enrike Barzola.
