Legacy Fighting Alliance will kick off August with a crucial Bantamweight matchup headlining LFA 138 in Oklahoma.
LFA 138 takes place Friday, August 5th at the Grand Event Center inside the Grand Casino Hotel & Resort in Shawnee, Oklahoma. The main event will see 7-time BJJ world champion Ary Farias against UFC vet Michinori Tanaka.
Farias put everyone on notice with his promotional debut submitting Devante Sewell by rear naked choke. “Astroboy” is returning to the LFA off a guillotine win over Rodrigo de Moura. Since parting ways with the UFC, Japan’s Tanaka has won three fights in a row including submitting Rogerio Bontorin, and a decision win over Ricaro Dias in his LFA debut.
