In the main event number four ranked Cory Sandhagen faces number ten ranked Song Yadong. Sandhagen comes in looking to hold on to in spot. A 5-0 start to his time with the prometon including three wins over respected vets put the Colorado native on the brink. A submission loss to the current champion put Sandhagen back in the lab. Two spectacular knockouts had “The Sandman” back facing the divisions elite. Two setbacks now have us questioning Sandhagen’s championship potential. The stock for Japan’s Song Yadong has consistently raised throughout his time in the company. Three finishes in his first four wins before battling a ranked foe to a draw. A decision over the hottest name in the division is on his resume. Yes a lesson had to be learned but the Team Alpha fighter has now won three straight, the last two by knockout.
